When you try
to lose weight really fast what you do is
starve your body. However, when we starve
our bodies what happens is that our
metabolism slows down a lot. This is how our
body respond to low calorie intake, it slows
down metabolism in order to preserve that
little energy that it has. After you lose
enough weight and you become satisfied with
your new looks you, you will most certainly
start eating a bit more than during your
diet. But what happens then? Well now, your
metabolism is much, much slower than it once
was. Eating the same as before you got on
the diet will make you gain weight much,
much faster. Therefore, do not get on diets where you will have to starve yourself in order to lose weight. Do not count every single calorie as that also can be very depressing and you can get tired of it.
