greater death rate. Try not to

gain it back, than lose it again, etc.

chance of gaining that weight back. Or you
can manage your
weight loss over a longer
period of time which is much smarter and
healthier. Eat healthy (cut on fat), be more active,
and in the same time lose weight with much
greater chances to keep that weight off, for
